Georgia, Qatar sign air traffic treaty
Georgia and Qatar have signed an air traffic treaty, Business Georgia reports. The treaty was signed by the minister of economy of Georgia, Vera Kobaliya, and the head of Air Qatar, Abgar Albeker. Kobaliya has been on an official visit to Qutar from February 13.

US finances the construction of a pipeline between Poti and Senaki
The Poti-Senaki gas pipeline, which will supply natural gas to the free industrial zone of Poti, is being constructed in western Georgia. According to the U.S. Embassy in Georgia, on November 17 the U.S.Ambassador to Georgia John Bass and Georgian Energy Minister Alexander Khetaguri will examine work on the pipeline, Business Georgia reports. The U.S. has allocated $115 million for the construction of the pipeline in the framework of the 30-month U.S. project to develop theeconomy of Georgia, with a total budget of one billion dollars.
